Privacy policy

Corndell Insurance ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through www.corndellinsurance.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us

When you request a quote, ask for a policy review, or contact us, we collect what you provide, such as your name, phone number, email, address, the coverage you're interested in, and details about your vehicles, home, or business. If you upload a declarations page, we receive that file.

Information collected automatically

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures site traffic without cookies, and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site and which pages lead to quote requests. We also use the Google Ads tag and the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) to measure our advertising. These tools use cookies and may collect your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring site. We remember how you arrived at our site (for example, from a search engine or a Facebook ad) in your browser so we can tell which channels bring us quote requests. These tools are on by default. To turn them off, use the round cookie button in the bottom-left corner of any page and choose Reject; your choice is remembered in your browser and you can change it at any time. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a Reject automatically.

We do not send the contents of your forms to analytics or advertising tools, with one exception: if you request a quote after arriving from Facebook or Instagram, we tell Meta that a quote request happened, through its Conversions API, so Meta can measure our ads. That report includes your email address, phone number, name, town, and ZIP code in hashed (scrambled) form, along with your IP address and browser type. It never includes your coverage details, notes, or documents. You can limit ad tracking in your Facebook and Google ad settings or with your browser's privacy controls.

Some parts of the site load content from other services: Google Maps for our office map, YouTube when you play a video, Facebook when you open the "Latest from Facebook" panel on our home page, and Google Maps address suggestions when you type a street address in our quote form (what you type is sent to Google to find matching addresses). Those services may set their own cookies and collect information under their own privacy policies.

How we use your information

• To prepare quotes and recommend coverage, which includes sharing relevant details with the insurance companies we quote with.
• To contact you about your request by phone, email, or text if you've agreed to it.
• To service your policies, including renewals and claims.
• To keep the site secure and prevent spam and fraud.

Uploaded documents

Declarations pages you upload are stored privately and are only accessible to our team through expiring links. Uploaded files are automatically deleted from our website storage after 30 days; copies we need to service your account are kept in our agency management system.

How we share information

We share information with insurance companies to obtain quotes and issue policies, with service providers that help us run the agency (such as our agency management system, email, and website hosting), and when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages

If you agree to receive text messages, message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. We do not share your mobile number for marketing purposes.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete the information you've given us, or opt out of marketing messages, by contacting us at sales@corndellinsurance.com or (508) 535-5303. Some information must be kept to meet insurance and legal requirements.
